VENUE MANAGEMENT
The main task of the volunteers opting for the VENUE MANAGEMENT is to assist the Venue Manager and the Venue Team in ensuring uninterrupted and efficient operations. Volunteers will help venue teams manage incidents, provide information support, coordinate venue operations, monitor compliance with the detailed event schedule and arrange communication services.

Required:

  • English skills (intermediate and higher). Second foreign language skills are highly appreciated (European languages are a priority);
  • Confident PC user (MS Office);
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Organisational and team work skills;
  • Volunteering experience at major sporting and cultural events is welcomed.
